Interogo Global Private Equity Advisors Ltd's position against Sexual Harassment 2026
Interogo Global Private Equity (IGPE) and the Interogo Group have a policy of zero tolerance for any form of harassment towards our co-workers, wherever they are located.
IGPE is committed to providing a workplace and working conditions for our staff that are free of harassment, including Sexual harassment.
Any form of harassment, including Sexual harassment is unacceptable, unlawful, may constitute a criminal offence and will not be tolerated by IGPE. We will take active steps to help prevent the harassment, including sexual harassment and victimisation of our staff.
Any harassment of our staff by third parties will be taken extremely seriously. If a third party is found to have harassed our staff, IGPE (and its affiliates) may take steps to review and/or curtail its continued relationship with any responsible person(s) (and potentially, their related organisations). Law enforcement and/or appropriate regulators may also be notified.
In the ordinary course of IGPE’s operations (for example, during a procurement or contracting process), it may, for the protection of its staff, ask counterparties to explain or evidence what policies and procedures they have in place to prevent, harassment, including sexual harassment.
